PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board in which impedance matching in the entire signal transmission path between pads extending over the surface and rear surface of a substrate through a line conductor or a signal through hole conductor or a via formed in a planar core can be realized easily at a desired signal frequency. SOLUTION: In the wiring board 1, a first impedance regulation opening 5b for regulating the characteristic impedance of the signal transmission path comprising the conductor line 7, the signal via conductor and the signal through hole conductor 30 and extending from a first path end pad 10 to a second path end pad 20 is formed at a position opposite to the second end part of the conductor line 7 in the first face conductor 5. Furthermore, a second impedance regulation opening 9b for regulating the characteristic impedance of the signal transmission path is provided at a position opposite to the first end part of the conductor line 7 in the second face conductor 9.
