PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for improving amenity in a room by effectively preventing generation of an abnormal sound by restraining condensation in a carrying passage for exhausting indoor air outside the room. SOLUTION: This air conditioner has an exhaust fan 13a for exhausting the indoor air outside the room via a carrying hose 5. A dew point temperature of the indoor air is calculated by a dew point temperature calculating part 23a on the basis of indoor temperature detected by an indoor temperature sensor 21 and relative humidity in the room detected by a humidity sensor 22. When operating the exhaust fan 13a, when outside air temperature detected by an outside air temperature sensor 11 is lower than the dew point temperature of the indoor air calculated by the dew point temperature calculating part 23a, exhaust quantity of the exhaust fan 13a is reduced by an exhaust fan control part 12a.
