PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carpet such as sheet, pillow or cushion using fur, in which a minus ion is always generated from a part of an animal hair which human direct touches as a new function which has not been in a conventional carpet made of fur and minus ion effect which is effective to human body is stably obtained. SOLUTION: The carpet is obtained by directly applying a mixed liquid composed of the adequate amount of at least tourmaline fine powder 21 controlled to 0.01μm to 0.7μm particle diameter and the adequate amount of a water-soluble binder as natural ore fine powder 2 capable of producing the minus ion to an animal hair part 11 of fur basis in which a series of fur processing treatment was finished or the animal hair part 11 of fur 1 part of fur semi-product or fur product and drying the applied material.
