PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctoinal admixture for concrete which imparts functions to concrete so that concrete containing the admixture shows an excellent flowability hardly lowering with time and gives hardened concrete showing excellent initial strength, small dry shrinkage, high resistance to freezing and thawing, and a low neutralization rate and to provide concrete having these functions. SOLUTION: The multifunctional admixture for concrete comprises a specific graft copolymer and/or its salt, a specific (poly)alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether, and a specific organic phosphoric acid ester, respectively in a specified ratio.
