PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic apparatus capable of arbitrarily changing a position where an ultrasonic wave of a high energy density can be obtained. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic apparatus 1 is composed of a guide having constant thickness and having approximately the form of a truncated cone whose upper surface and bottom surface is communicated and opened, a base 12 which has a semi-spherical form with an approximately U-shaped cross section opened toward the bottom surface of the guide 11 and is disposed to contact its outer surface to an inner surface of the guide 11, and a plurality of planar vibrators 13 disposed in the shape of mosaic on a vibrator surface 12a that is a surface inside of the base 12.
