PURPOSE: A general purpose coating system for an outer packing is provided to enable a coating process and an unloading process to be simultaneously performed on two separate turntables, to reduce a rotation error of a spray gun due to accurate power transmission, to prevent cables from being entangled, and to prevent the system from being contaminated due to pigments by installing a contamination preventing device in the coating system. CONSTITUTION: The coating system comprises: an X-axis linear transfer device that linearly moves in an X direction by a first servo motor; a Y-axis linear transfer device that linearly moves in a Y direction by a second servo motor; a Z-axis linear transfer device(30) that linearly moves in a Z direction by a third servo motor; a W-axis rotation device(40) that rotates about a W axis(49) by a fourth servo motor(41) and includes a frame mounted at a lower end of an arm(33) of the Z-axis linear transfer device(30), a driven pulley shaft(43) capable of rotating relative to the frame(42) and connected to a driving pulley(45) by a belt(44), the driving pulley(45) being mounted on an electrically driven shaft(46a) of a planetary gear decelerator(46) connected to a driving shaft(41a) of the fourth servo motor(41); a T-axis tilting device(50) that tilts the spray gun(1) about a T axis(59) by a fifth servo motor(51); and a spray gun(1) having five degrees of freedom and coating a target product to be coated.
