<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively support the latest update information for possessing hardware configuration and software configuration, the latest trouble information, or the like via an e-mail for each of personal computer users and to support interactive (transmission and receipt) support for solving problems via the e-mail in the case of troubles in the hardware or software possessed by the user. <P>SOLUTION: The user 100 transmits system information (user information, hardware configuration, and software configuration) of a computer 101 to a server 202 managed by a support center 300. A support staff 301 distributes the latest update information, the latest trouble information and the like of respective manufacturers matching the system information sent from the computer 101 to the user 100 via the e-mail.
