<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee and elbow training supporter making a wearer take muscle training at sometime or other even without any awareness of taking exercise while passing his (her) daily life, and creating lithe and limber muscle. <P>SOLUTION: The knee and elbow training supporter has the following structure: memory metal which is subjected to heat-treated memorization so as to always maintain such a bending posture to make an angle of about 10-180 degrees, and be covered with plastic material or the like, or spring material is housed in a bag body 3; the bag body is fixed to a supporter main body using a belt with a joining/sewing Hook-and-loop fastener (R) so as to train the muscle through acting the power against the restoring force of the memory metal on the muscle via bending of the knee and elbow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
