<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of automatically detecting replacement of a lamp. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting system is equipped with: a light sensor 3 for measuring light output if the lamp 1 to output measured light output data D1 (a light output measurement value); a light output comparison part 5 for detecting replacement of the lamp 1 by comparing the output data D1 of this time with the previous light output measurement value to output a reset signal Sa to a light modulation control part 4; and a light output storage part 6 for storing the previous light output measurement value. The comparison part 5 compares the output data D1 (the light output measurement value) from the light sensor 3 with the light output measurement value (the previous storage value) in previous lighting stored in the storage part 6 to determine that the lamp 1 is replaced before lighting it at this time when the light output value is larger than the previous storage value, and outputs the reset signal Sa to the control part 4; and the control part 4 resets a cumulative lighting time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
