<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption electricity necessary for receiving, and to make the operation for electric power saving for that purpose fit to each sort of mode. <P>SOLUTION: Communication parts 20 and 30 are provided on a parent machine 2 and a cordless extension unit 3 respectively in order to conduct receiving and transmitting of information necessary for control by wireless communication. At least either the parent machine 2 or the cordless extension unit 3 has a plurality of sorts of receiving patterns in order to conduct intermittent receiving by intermittently working the communication parts 20 and 30. Based on the prescribed conditions, the receiving patterns are switched to one of the plurality of sorts of receiving patterns.
