<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food or beverage such as a health food or a functional food and a composition useable as a medicine, having prophylactic effect and therapeutic effect by vasodilation or decreasing resistance to the bloodstream of organs, etc., on shoulder stiffness, excessive sensitivity to cold, muscular pain, blood circulation disorder, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The composition or the food or beverage and bloodstream-improving agent, a vasodilator, a shoulder stiffness-improving agent and an agent for improving excessive sensitivity to cold each comprises at least one kind of substance selected from a group consisting of a cassis concentrate, an amino acid and an organic acid.
