<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the intravital decomposing and absorbing adhesive material for medical use of a new two-component system such as an organism adhesive for a living body, wherein biodegradable high polymer is defined as an adhesive component and a bio low-molecular weight derivative is defined as a hardening component. <P>SOLUTION: The intravital decomposing and absorbing adhesive material for medical use is the material of the two component system, wherein the biodegradable high polymer is defined as the adhesive component, and the low-molecular weight derivative, which is obtained by modifying the carboxyl group of a di/tri-carboxylic acid existing in a citric acid cycle through the use of electronic withdrawing group (succinimidyl, sulfosuccinimidyl, maleimidyl, phthalimidyl, imidazolyl, nitrophenyl, tredyl or the combination of one or not less than two kinds of the derivatives), is defined as the hardening component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
