COMPOSITION FOR DIELECTRIC LAYER, GREEN SHEET, DIELECTRIC LAYER-FORMING SUBSTRATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a dielectric layer which is excellent in shelf stability and yields a dielectric layer excellent in transparency and reflectivity, a green sheet obtained by forming the composition into a film, a dielectric layer-forming substrate having a dielectric layer using the composition and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The composition for the dielectric layer contains a glass component containing a glass powder, an amine salt of a polyether esteric acid and a thermally decomposable binder. The green sheet is obtained by drying the composition to form a film. The dielectric layer-forming substrate has the dielectric layer using the composition. In the manufacturing method of the substrate, the green sheet is laminated on the surface of a substrate and baked.
