<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer made of a polypropylene resin having high mechanical strength, heat resistance and fluidity and connecting an instrument panel with an air bag housing. <P>SOLUTION: The retainer is made of a resin composition comprising 35-74 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer of an MFR of 20-100, 25-50 wt.% of an elastomer and 1-15 wt.% of an inorganic filler and has an overall MFR of 10-50. The copolymer contains the n-decane insoluble of an isotactic pentad fraction of 0.97 or higher and the soluble of an ethylene content of 20-50 wt.% and a limiting viscosity of 2-9.
