PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclized rubber capable of remarkably enhancing adhesion between a coating material and a molded item made of a nonpolar polymer such as polypropylene and polyethylene, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The cyclized rubber comprises a cyclized product of a conjugated diene polymer, or of its derivative, and has a branched structure and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-1,000,000.
