PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus which does not need mixing blades. SOLUTION: A plurality of fluid materials 21a, 21b stored in material tanks 20a, 20b, respectively, are supplied to a fluid supply port of a nozzle 16 via variable throttle valves 24a, 24b. At this point, the fluid materials are not mixed uniformly. Subsequently, when the fluid materials are discharged from a fluid discharge opening, compressed air guided in from a gas supply port of the nozzle 16 forms a high-velocity vortex of the compressed air in front of the nozzle 16, and the vortex crushes the discharged fluid materials into fine grain shapes, mixing the materials together to form a uniform mixture 13, which is subsequently stored in a batch bath 10. When the mixture stored in the batch bath 10 is subjected to a re-mixing process, the mixture in the batch bath is discharged from a discharge port 15 and supplied to the nozzle 16 via a re-supply pipe 18.
