PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer roller element with a shaft element and a roller body surely installed in a coaxial condition and with an axial line and a rotation axial line of the roller body coincide with each other, provide a transferring device for stably transferring an object with the transfer roller element, and provide a cleaning device which can be easily transferred between a plurality of cleaning devices with the transferring device. SOLUTION: This transfer roller element 10 is constituted in a manner that a fixing part 17 of a roller body 12 is elastically pressurized to a shaft element 11 from a radial outward side using a fastening element 13, brings the fixing part into contact with an entire periphery of the shaft element 11, and fixes the roller body 12 to the shaft element.
