PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular solid processing agent in which caking of granules is prevented even when granules are broken to a certain degree by a shake during transport and even when the processing agent is put under a high humidity condition, whereby quality as a solid processing agent is maintained, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The solid processing agent for a silver halide photographic sensitive material comprises granules containing an organic acid whose ammonium salt has a critical relative humidity of≥70% RH.
