PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating floor plate capable of improving strength and durability (weatherability) in the floating floor plate provided on the rooftop of a building, forming a large-sized floating floor plate (for example, surface dimension: 100 x 100 cm) easily, withstanding use for a long time, and contributing to labor saving in construction. SOLUTION: This floating floor plate is constituted to stretch it on the rooftop of the building. This floating floor plate is manufactured using cement, pozzolan minute powders having average particle size of 1μm or less, fine aggregate having particle size of 2 mm or less, fibers (for example; steel fiber having length of 2 mm or more and ratio of length to diameter of 20 or more), quartz powders having average particle size of 3 to 20μm, fiber-like particles and/or thin piece-like particles having grain size of 1 mm or less, and a compound containing water reducing agent and water.
