<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt device whose moving speed is prevented from being changed by suppressing the thermal expansion of a belt without causing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: In the belt device possessing the belt wound on a plurality of rollers and moved while extending the belt by the rollers, a fiber flocked group PF is provided in an inclined state to a tangent on a periphery at a position excluding the circulating surface 22A1A of the belt where the belt 22A is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the roller 22A1 positioned at a high temperature part in temperature gradient in the moving direction of the belt out of the rollers, and the fiber flocked group PF is provided along the axial direction of the rollers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
