<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems, in a method of piling and wrapping triangular frame-like sealants to bring them into partial contact with one another in a packaging box that successively added load works on the piled sealants from upward, resulting in damage of the sealants and contact of their surfaces to cause abrasion, leading to the loss in external glossiness and degradation in their appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging apparatus for sealants is of a tube with an inverted triangular cross section, and consists of a corrugated fiberboard beam member 5 with a cross section sufficiently smaller than an internal dimension of the triangular frame-like sealant and corrugated fiberboard support plates 3 and 3 for receiving the beam member 5 in the packing box 1 for supporting the front and rear of the beam member in the box. A plurality of flat parts 3 of the sealants are fitted with and held by the beam member in parallel to a flat part 5a of the beam member, and arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the beam member with their tops 5b facing downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
