<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid performance drop or damage of a fuel cell by recognizing the replacing time of an ion exchange filter before conductivity of water used in a fuel cell system rises. <P>SOLUTION: The conductivity of cooling water circulating in a cooling water line, measured with a conductivity meter 12 after the specified time elapsed from the starting of driving of a cooling water pump 14 is compared with the previously set reference conductivity, and based on the compared result, the replacing time of an ion exchange resin filter 11 is determined in an ion exchange capacity determining part 152. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
