<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus preventing a glare from four corner parts of a square-shaped opening and a reflection of a fluorescent lamp on a screen of a display device in the case of irradiating light of the square-shaped fluorescent lamp from the square-shaped opening formed in a lighting apparatus main body. <P>SOLUTION: A louver 3 has a plurality of louver blades 13 arranged in the direction crossing the straight tube part of the fluorescent lamp 4 at right angle, positioned along the square-shaped opening 8 formed on the lighting apparatus main body 2, and the interval between a pair of louver blades 13 adjoining and facing in parallel with each other is set same as the interval between the edge part 11 of the square-shaped opening 8 at the four corner parts of the square-shaped opening 8 and the louver blades 13 facing in parallel with the edge part 11. Thereby, the light shielding angle of the louver 3 become equal in all range of the square shape opening 8, and the glare or the reflection of the fluorescent lamp 4 on the display device can be prevented, and furthermore, since the amount of light shielded by the louver 3 is restricted in small quantity, the luminous intensity is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
