<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a production system that can increase production efficiency by executing processing at production equipment concurrently with information change processing at a production management system. <P>SOLUTION: The production system 1 comprises devices 2 and 3, control units 4 and 5, a repeater 6 and the production management system 7. The control units 4 and 5 notify the repeater 6 of a single operation in the devices 2 and 3 in a single macro transaction. The repeater 6 develops the macro transaction from the control units 4 and 5 into a plurality of transactions necessary for information update in the production management system 7, registers them in a communication management area, and notifies the production management system 7 of the registered transactions sequentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
