<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain data as the base for demand analysis from an unspecified number of general users. <P>SOLUTION: As for results of search of bibliographic information by library users, user information is taken from user information database 312, based on user identifying information recorded in a file involved, in search history information database 311 in which search conditions and search results are accumulated in an associated manner to prepare analysis database 314.
