PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, device and program for powder molding, wherein the power molding is performed so that a green compact is stabilized in weight, even when manufacturing conditions such as fluctuations of temperature and humidity in molding are changed, and high efficiency production is realized. SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: filling powder material into a hole for molding; molding the green compact by compressing the powder material filled in the hole; and measuring the weight of the green compact. Before the powder material is filled in the hole, an average weight of a plurality of green compacts molded earlier by the prescribed number of times is worked out, and based on the worked-out weight, the filling quantity of the powder material is set.
