PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system for browsing and referring to a frequency of occurring events on a monitoring camera. SOLUTION: The management system is provided with a detection means for detecting occurrence of an event relating to video from the monitoring camera, a video storage means for storing the video attached to the detected event, an acquisition means for acquiring detection information including how many times the detected event occurs, and the time when the event occurs, a frequency table creation means for creating a frequency table indicating the occurrence frequency of the event on the basis of the detection information, and a display means for displaying the frequency table.
