PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal or the like capable of continuing multimedia streaming in reproducing without interrupting the multimedia streaming even when existing access networks are switched. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal capable of receiving a stream is constituted of a link state storing means for storing a plurality of network interfaces having respectively different communication systems and storing the surrounding state information of links with these networks, a link state change notification means for outputting a change in the surrounding state on the basis of the surrounding state information, a user setting management means, an interface selecting/switching means for determining the selection/switching of network interfaces on the basis of the surrounding state changes of respective links which are outputted from the link state change notification means and a user setting state, and a session state control means for controlling the transition of a streaming session state in response to the switching of interfaces.
