PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient push-butten telephone device having an inter-system connection function. SOLUTION: The push-butten telephone device 1 is composed of a master set 10 connected to outside lines La-Lm capable of reporting a telephone number such as IP (Internet protcol) lines or ISDN (integrated service digital network) lines connectable to an IP network such as the Internet, and slave sets 20a-20n connected to the master set 10 via an extension transmission line 30. When a predetermined call originating operation is detected from any one of the slave sets 20a-20n, the master set 10 sends a telephone number through an outside line I/F 11 to either one of outside lines La-Lm, thereafter when a primary response signal is received from a recipient, an extension number is transmitted to the recipient via the outside line I/F 11.
