PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the stress of the reinforcing rod contained in a PC structure, constituted so as to easily and accurately measure the internal stress of the PC structure, a method for measuring the stress of the PC structure using the method and a system for diagnosing the deterioration of the PC structure. SOLUTION: The system 100 for diagnosing the deterioration of the PC structure is equipped with a measuring means 11 for measuring at least the stress of the reinforcing rod contained in the PC structure 50, a judge means 23 for judging whether the PC structure 50 is detereorated on the basis of the measuring result of a measuring means 53, an evaluation/diagnosis means 23b for evaluating and/or diagnosing the deterioration state of the PC structure 50 based on the judge means 23 and an output means 32 for outputting the result evaluated and/or diagnosed by the evaluation/diagnosis means 23b and/or a measure method or the like based on the result.
