PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device allowing a person to experience maneuvering feeling of other vehicle model or a similar moving vehicle with a prime mover when the person listens pseudo engine noise and exhaust noise in an automobile or other similar moving vehicle with a prime mover. SOLUTION: A sensor 2 for sensing a power value of the prime mover 1 of the moving vehicle is provided, a power signal from the sensor is converted to desired pseudo engine noise and exhaust noise by a voice converting device 3, and pseudo engine noise and exhaust noise of the other moving vehicle with a prime mover are generated from a speaker 4.
