In the steel for the cold-formed spring, WC + WMn + WCr is≥1.2% and≤2%, WSi/3 + WCr/2 + WMn is≥1.4% and≤2.1%, and WCu + WNi is≥0.4%, where WC is C content, WMn is Mn content, WCr is Cr content, WSi is Si content, WNi is Ni content.
