PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film which is used for insulating materials, fits the flame retardancy (UL94, VTM) of UL standard and little spring back, when subjected to a bending processing. SOLUTION: This resin film for the insulating materials, comprising a polycarbonate resin and polyethylene terephthalate resin, is characterized in that the intrinsic viscosity (IV) of the film is 0.5 to 0.82.
