PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting member of excellent fitting workability capable of recycling a hole seal. SOLUTION: A fitting member used to close a working hole 4 formed in an inner panel 2 of an automobile door by a hole seal 20 has a substantially U-shaped section comprising a bottom wall 11a, an inner wall 11b and an outer wall 11c, and comprises a fitting body 11 to hold the entire circumference or a part thereof of the opening end 4a of the working hole 4 across the hole seal 20 by the inner wall 11b and the outer wall 11c. The switch end 20a of the hole seal 20 is attachably/detachably fitted by a fitting member 10 with both sides of the opening end 4a of the working hole 4 in a tightly held state.
