PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting clip in which a hole seal can be easily fitted and recycled, and a door structure having the fitting clip. SOLUTION: A circumferential groove 13 to fit a hole seal 4 is formed between a first rib 11 and a second rib 12 provided in an intermediate part. A fitting clip 10 is constituted by providing a trim clip 14 attachably/detachably fitted in a fixing hole 6 formed in a door trim 5 on the first rib 11, and providing a door clip 15 attachably/detachably fitted in a fitting hole 2 formed in a door panel 1 on the second rib 12.
