PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label issuing apparatus having a simple structure and taking no labor. SOLUTION: This label issuing apparatus 1 is equipped with an image recording part 20 for recording an image 112 on continuous paper 110, an image cut-off part 30 for cutting off an image recorded part 114 including the image 112 from the continuous paper 110 and a label forming part 50 for applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to the image recorded part (or cut-off piece) 114.
