PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain and promote health by absorbing essential trace elements for a human body difficult to be ingested from foods into the body by being worn by a wearer. SOLUTION: A plurality of types of essential trace elements for the human body are thermally sprayed on the surface of a base material to form a coating layer 3. The coating layer 3 is formed into a five-layer structure from a first layer 3a to a fifth layer 3e. The whole outside of the base material 2 and the coating layer 3 are covered with a covering layer 4 to form a health promotion card 1. All of or, at least, a half or more of Fe (iron), Zn (zinc), Cu (copper), Mn (manganese), Ni (nickel), Co (cobalt), Mo (molybdenum), Se (selenium), Cr (chromium), Sn (tin), I (iodine), V (vanadium), As (arsenic), F (fluorine) and Si (silicon) are used for the essential trace elements for the human body for use in the first layer 3a-the fifth layer 3e.
