PURPOSE: A method of making a bioplacenta composition for use in dermal application using a placenta extract prepared by supercritical fluid extraction, Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) and organic germanium is provided. The composition is effective in whitening, antioxidizing and moisturizing human skin as well as preventing wrinkles. CONSTITUTION: The bioplacenta composition for use in dermal application contains a placenta extract, 0.1 to 10g of ubiquinone per 100ml of placenta and 0.01 to 5g of organic germanium. The bioplacenta composition is prepared by separating insoluble materials from the placenta extract at 10 to 70deg.C and 1,200 to 8,000psi and then centrifuging the separated materials. The placenta extract is obtained by washing the placenta to remove blood, reacting the placenta with supercritical solvents and then removing insoluble materials from the obtained placenta extract.
