SYSTEM FOR RECOVERING NETWORK FAILURE BY CONTROLLING POWER SOURCE OF TERMINAL DEVICE, AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A system for recovering a network failure and a method therefor are provided to promptly cope with a failure of a network by controlling the power source of a terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(300) and a control device(100) are connected with a managing server through the Internet, and are connected with each other through a network(200). A remote power control device(400) resets the terminal device(300) by a control signal of the control device(100). The control device(100) includes a receiving module receiving state information of the terminal device(300) through the network(200), a failure judging module judging a failure, and a remote control module transmitting the control signal to the remote power control device(400). The remote power control device(400) includes a communication interface connected with the remote control module for receiving the control signal, a power control unit having a switch resetting the terminal device(300) to control the power of the terminal device(300), and a microprocessor transmitting the control signal to the power control unit to reset the terminal device(300).
