<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more conveniently purchase contents. <P>SOLUTION: When equipment at the download destination of contents data is different from equipment instructing the purchase of the contents data, a purchase form for purchasing the contents data is transmitted to the equipment instructing the purchase of the contents data. Then, user ID and a password are inputted to the purchase form, and the equipment at the download destination of the contents data is decided by the user ID. Supposing that a plurality of pieces of equipment are registered by a user, and those pieces of equipment are not limited to a piece of equipment, a transmission destination decision form for designating the equipment at the download destination is transmitted, and the contents data are transmitted to the equipment corresponding to the reply.
