<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of coordinating an electronic bin tag to an article. <P>SOLUTION: An operator obtains a system code of a target electronic bin tag and an article code of a target article from a portable information acquiring terminal in the vicinity of a target article (steps S4 and S5). The acquired system article code and article code are sent to an ESL server, and, in the ESL server, one record of a link file coordinating these each other is generated (step S7). In this way, the electronic bin tag and article are coordinated each other in the sense of data. Further, the article name and article code of the article coordinated to the electronic bin tag are sent to the electronic bin tag, and these article name and article code are displayed on the electronic bin tag (step S9).
