<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded product which is constituted so that a decorative sheet is bonded to the surface of a hollow double wall structure, is not deformed wholly or partially even if pressure is applied to the surface of the hollow double wall structure and the decorative sheet can be beautifully bonded to the surface of the structure along the shape of the structure with high adhesion strength even if the surface of the structure has unevenness or grooves, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molded product is constituted by bonding the decorative sheet 8 to the surface of the hollow double wall structure 5 made of a thermoplastic resin. The hollow part 6 of the structure 5 is filled with foam 7 to enhance the rigidity of the structure 5 against the pressure applied to the surface of the structure 5. The decorative sheet 8 is applied to the surface of the hollow double wall structure 5 and the air between the surface of the structure 5 and the decorative sheet 8 is sucked while heating the structure 5 on the side of the decorative sheet 8 to bond the decorative sheet 8 to the structure 5 under pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
