PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for electro-optical device with which the frame of an electro-optical device can be narrowed and alignment at the time of laminating with a counter substrate can be performed easily and the electro-optical device and electronic equipment equipped with this substrate. SOLUTION: In the electro-optical device, a scanning line driving circuit 104 is provided in one end side of an image display area 10a and wiring lines 132 which connect a noise reduction circuit 105 consisting of a precharge circuit and a discharge circuit, etc., and external terminals 103c are arranged collectively in an end side opposite to the end side of the image display area 10a.
