PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph walker's face on his/her stabilized front without hampering convenience for the walker. SOLUTION: In the present invention, walking range limiting part 101, 102 limit walker's walking range within a width W, an image input part 103 is mounted on a support part 104 that is installed at a front position relative to the walker who is walking within said walking range, a face detection part 411 detects a face picture from an image photographed by the image input part 103, and an image recording part 412 records the detected image in a storage device 412a.
