PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally and effectively take out hot water in a hot water storage tank. SOLUTION: This naturally circulating solar heat water heater is composed of heat collectors 3 and 3 and the hot water storage tank 2. A projecting part 24 is formed by upwardly projecting a part of the top wall 221 of the hot water storage tank, and a projecting space 23 continuing upward higher than a position of the inner surface 221a of the top wall 221 is formed. While arranging a water supply port 42 with a ball tap 43 in the projecting space, a hot water take-out pipe 7 is arranged so that a hot water take-out port 71 of a rising state enters the projecting space. A hot water storage water level in the hot water storage tank for receiving supply water based on the adjustment of a constant water level by the ball tap is set so as to be positioned in the projecting space above the hot water take-out port. Hot water can be taken out of the hot water take-out port up to consuming the final hot water remaining in the projecting space of a narrow area in taking out the hot water by a continuous hot water take-out method.
