PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip that can be removed even when a tool is not on hand, or when the clip is installed on a position where a tool cannot be used, and that is easy to be removed after a head part is forcedly lifted with a tool. SOLUTION: This clip 100 is provided with a lock member 300 having a lock leg part 310 and a flange part 330 formed at a base end of the lock leg part, a shaft part 220 inserted into the lock member to make the lock leg part expanded, and an insert member 200 having a head part 210 formed at a base end of the shaft part. A mounting hole 610 of a mounting member 600 is overlapped with a mounting hole 510 formed in a counter part 500, the lock leg part is inserted into the holes, and the shaft part is pushed in to make the lock leg part expanded for connecting both to each other to be fixed. A recessed part 214 is formed at least at a position of a circumferential edge of the head part for insertion of the tool into a gap between the flange part and the head part. In a circumferential edge of the head part in a different direction from the direction of the head part where the recessed part is formed, a reversely tapered side wall 213 expanded upward and contracted downward is formed.
