PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining wall structure, in which a labor saving for forming forms for constructing a retaining wall at a site is attained and an assembly operating cost using a panel for the retaining wall and the transportation cost of forms are reduced by providing the panel by lumbers by a thinning having a required unit area without using many kinds of joint metals. SOLUTION: The concrete panel (a) for the retaining wall is composed by combining a panel body 1, which is molded of the lumber from the thinning and in which a required number of thick boards 3, in which two side faces run parallel, are rabbet-joined in the vertical direction, and reinforcing rod materials 2 being orthogonal to one surface side of the panel body 1 and fixing the half-split faces of the lumber by the thinning. In the retaining wall structure A, a surface frame board 16 formed of the concrete panel (a) for the retaining wall is left in the case of a joining through the joint metals 18 left in places on the wall-body surface of concrete as a part of retaining-wall building forms U.
