PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced tool facilitated in the work for adjusting dimension of the edge of a blade, in regard to a cutting tool allowing to install a re-cut tip. SOLUTION: In this cutting tool having a cutting blade 20a projected from the peripheral surface 1b and/or a tip end surface 1c of a tool main body 1a having the axis O of rotation, a peripheral part and/or a tip part of the cutting tool is formed with a groove 2, and opposite side wall parts of the groove 2 are formed with engagement parts 4a and 4b, which are repeatedly recessed and projected with a certain pitch along the axis O direction or the radial direction. A support member 5 to be engaged with the engagement parts 4a and 4b and for abutting on a throw away tip 20 having the cutting blade 20a is provided, and a fixing member 6 for fixing the support member 5 to the tool main body 1a is provided.
