PURPOSE: An escrow process utilizing a one-to-one matching system is provided to remove the problems generated when a returned or canceled transaction is calculated on a process for performing settlement to each seller after receiving a transaction price for several transactions from a buyer at once. CONSTITUTION: The seller delivers the ordered goods to the buyer(6). The buyer decides to approve purchase after receiving the goods(7). If the buyer returns the goods, the seller informs an escrow system of an approval for the returned goods(9-2). The escrow system requests a credit card company to cancel a settlement approval through a payment gateway. The credit card company cancels the approval for the settlement settled by the buyer(10-2).
