VOICE PACKET TRANSMITTING/RECEIVING SYSTEM FOR REDUCING A LOSS OF A VOICE PACKET AND A METHOD THEREFOR, CONCERNED WITH ENALBING A USER TO MAKE CALL COMMUNICATION CLEARLY

PURPOSE: A voice packet transmitting/receiving system for reducing a loss of a voice packet and a method therefor are provided to allow a user to make call communication clearly by effectively enhancing a loss of a voice packet. CONSTITUTION: A voice detector(111) detects a voice packet among packets to b transmitted. A buffer unit(112) stores the detected voice packet. A buffer controller(113) reads the voice packet, that has been stored in a horizontal direction in the buffer unit(112), in a vertical direction. An error correction code controller(114) inserts an error correction code type field in the voice packet transmitted from the buffer controller(113), stores information for error correction in the error correction code type field according to information of an RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol) and transmits it. An error correction code controller(121) receives the voice packet from a transmitter(110) and corrects an error of the voice packet. A buffer unit(123) stores the voice packet transmitted from the error correction code controller(121). A buffer controller(122) allocates a storage space to the buffer unit(123), stores the voice packet received from the error correction code controller(121) in the allocated region of the buffer unit(123) in a vertical direction, and reads the voice packet in a horizontal direction to reduce a loss of the voice packet.
